What are your business hours?
We cater for our customers’ needs – we can provide our services 24/7 throughout the year.

Are my goods insured in your possession?
We are fully insured for goods in transit.

Why does a surveyor need to come and see us?
It’s no additional cost to you for one of our expert Surveyors to come to your home and conduct a survey. This is beneficial for all parties involved. From the customers point of view you get to ask all the questions that you need to know, you get to see who you’re dealing with and it puts you at ease, more importantly it allows us to give an accurate quote as we know exactly what the job entails.

Do you provide packing service?
Yes, we can do a full packing service for our customers, material costs will be included in the price given. Our team will arrive the day prior to the move to complete the packing service and dismantle any items of furniture that are needed.

If any damage occurs are we covered?
Yes, we have Goods in transit insurance & public liability should an accident take place, this is extremely rare but we will insure any damage casued by ourselves will be rectified or replaced.

Do you have a storage facility?
We have a storage facility based in Birchwood – Warrington, which is Security monitored 24/7, it is a secured compound. The access is open 06:00 – 00:00.

Are there any penalties if our move date changes?
We do NOT charge for date changes, we understand that this can happen quite often with contracts being exchanged or a break down in the Mortgage chain. We feel it’s unfair to our customers to impose such fines as it’s out of their control.

What happens if we don’t get our keys straight away?
Again, we do NOT charge for wait times like most other companies in the market. If you only get your keys to the new property at 5pm it makes no difference to the price provided. We simply stay and get the job done on the same day.

What would we need to do to get ready for the day?
If you’re doing the packing service yourselves, we need you to be fully organised and packed up ready for the Removal Team’s arrival on the day. This will make the whole removal process smoother with no added stress.

I’m disabled, will I need to move anything heavy?
Regardless of your physical condition, our aim is to make the move as easy as possible for you and we will handle all the lifting. We will ensure there’s enough people on the job to cover all the work load. We will just need you to tell our guys where you want things putting at the new property.

Is there anything you can’t take on the vans?
The only items we’re not allowed to take by law / insurance purposes on the vans are flammable liquids (Petrol, white spirits), Open paint cans, Fireworks & live stock (Animals).

Can you provide boxes?
We can provide you with a packing materials list and advise what you would need in order to cover the packing. This is at cost price to us. If you decide you want to use us for the removals service, we can take the packing materials list from you and get them delivered to your door free of charge.

Will you get things out of the loft?
We are not insured to go up into the loft and shouldn’t in any case. However, in exceptional circumstances we will do so if the customer is fully aware we are not liable to any damages caused to the property or items being removed.
